Concrete Admixtures

A variety of chloride free and chloride based concrete admixtures for increasing the workability of concrete which includes , Normal plasticizers, Superplasticisers, Retarders, Slump retainers and Accelerators etc. Admixtures develop concrete with high durability and strength. Admixtures in the form of fibres help to make a concrete/plaster more workable and durable.

FAIRFLO - Super plasticiser

FAIRFLO is a high range water reducing admixture for concrete conforming to BS 5075 part 3, ASTM C-494 type 'F' & IS 9103 - 2003. FAIRFLO is supplied as brown liquid based on sulphonated Napthalene condensates. The high water reduction properties makes FAIRFLO ideal for application in precast concrete where high early strength is of paramount importance. FAIRFLO can be used to reduce water upto 12 to 30% for a given workability leading to increased early and ultimate (28 days) strength.

FAIRCRETE R2 - Retarding plasticiser

FAIRCRETE R2 is a retarding water reducing admixture conforming to IS 9103-2003, BS-5075 Part-I, IS 9103 : 2003, ASTM C-494 type 'D'. FAIRCRETE R2 is based on processed lignosulphonates. It acts as both a setretarder and as a plasticiser. At higher temperature concrete hardens more rapidly and may impose problems with placing and finishing of concrete. As a plasticizer, it helps in reducing water/cement ratio by 8 to 10% for a given workability and strength.

FAIRFLO RMC (M) - High performance super plasticiser cum slump retainer

FAIRFLO RMC(M) is a high range water reducing admixture for concrete conforming to BS 5075 part 3, ASTM C-494 type 'G' & IS 9103 - 2003. FAIRFLO RMC(M) is a sulphonated Naphthalene carboxylated acrylic ether co-polymer based superplasticiser. This admixture gives more cohesive mix and makes a concrete suitable for concrete.

FAIRFLO R13 - High range water reducing and retarding plasticiser

FAIRFLO R13 is a high range water reducer & retarding admixture for concrete conforming to BS 5075 part 3, ASTM C-494 type 'G' and IS 9103 - 2003. FAIRFLO R13 is supplied as brown liquid based on modified sulphonated Naphthalene polymer. FAIRFLO R13 when incorporated in concrete mix increases the workability without additional water, thus leading to easy placement and finishing without the risk of segregation and bleeding.

FAIRFLO HSP is a high performance polycarboxylic based concrete superplasticiser. FAIRFLO HSP has been primarily developed for applications in the premixed and precast concrete industries where highest durability and performance is required.

FAIRCRETE RMW - Integral waterproofing additive for concrete and plaster

FAIRCRETE RMW is an integral, high performance waterproofing additive based on high performance polymers, which reduces the permeability throughout the depth of concrete. It confirms to IS 2645 - 2003. FAIRCRETE RMW is approved by Bureau of Indian Standard vide ISI registration no.CM/L7648592

FAIRCRETE W - Chloride based accelerating plasticiser

FAIRCRETE W is a chloride based plasticizer for accelerating the setting time of plain cement concrete for early development of strength confirming to IS 9103-2003. FAIRCRETE W can be used for providing increased resistance to frost damage during and after construction of hollow blocks. It can be used to increase the rate of strength development.
