FAIRTOP systems are monolithic, metallic, non-metallic floor hardeners for heavy to light duty floors and also ensures maintenance free industrial floor with high abrasion and chemical resistance. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR - Seamless, self smoothing hardwearing Flooring system
FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is a cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for ware house and industrial floor when strength and durability are high priority. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is a blend of selected cements, hard wearing graded aggregates modified with special polymers and flow agents. It has a w/p ratio of 0.18.

FAIRTOP - Hard wearing, abrasion resistant monolithic industrial flooring compound
FAIRTOP is a hard wearing, ready to use, factory controlled, dry shake, cementitious material containing aggregates & special additives which offers resistance to abrasion and wear. FAIRTOP makes a floor with nondusty, non-slip, dense and tough characteristics.

FAIRTOP METALLIC - High strength metallic topping
FAIRTOP METALLIC is a screedable, iron aggregate cementitious system which is designed to provide a thin, high strength topping for repairing surfaces subjected to heavy traffic and abrasion. It is formulated for application at thickness of 8 to 10mm.

FAIRSCREED SL - Epoxy based self leveling screed
FAIRSCREED SL is supplied as a three pack product, consisting of base, hardner and graded aggregate components, all preweighed and ready for mixing. FAIRSCREED SL has been designed to provide a hard wearing, impervious, seamless floor finish which is hygienic and easy to clean. FAIRSCREED SL is typically applied at a thickness of 2 to 3mm.

FAIRSCREED EP - Heavy duty epoxy based floor screed

FAIRSCREED EP is an extremely high strength floor topping to resist abrasion, impact and chemical contact. At the same time, produces a safe and non-slip finish. for personnel and vehicular traffic. It is applied on concrete floors, as a 4 - 6 mm thick topping over a primer, and can be sealed in areas where high degree of cleanliness is required with SAFECORE SEALER or SAFECORE EP (F) Epoxy resin sealer or floor coating

FLOORSEAL C - Epoxy floor sealer & surface hardener
FLOORSEAL C is a ready to use, brush applied two part epoxy based sealer and surface hardener for concrete floors. FLOORSEAL C is based on solvented epoxy resin which penetrates the pores of the concrete and seals the surface completely and acts as a barrier for penetration of oils, grease, mild chemicals, water etc.
